Program Overview: Courses in this pathway include: Principles of Human Services, Understanding Diversity, and Relationships & Emotions.
Students learn about how sociological factors impact human behavior and needs at the local, state, national, and global levels. This helps them to develop a foundation for working with people to manage struggles and challenges in their daily lives. Students will gain experience working with both service and project-based learning opportunities.
Human Services Capstone: Students interested in pursuing a capstone experience could continue their training through more advanced course work through one of our partner colleges or completing a work experience through one of our partner organizations.
